Educating Users

Learning & Resource Center Flow

I designed this experience to help users feel more confident and informed as they explore the software. The Learning Center provides an on-demand video library that explains key concepts behind the application and walks users through how to use different features step-by-step.

To complement this, we also created a Resource Center that users can access at any time. It includes quick-start videos, direct access to our knowledge base, product announcements, roadmap updates, and a built-in channel for sharing feedback.

The goal was to meet users where they are, whether they’re just getting started or looking for help in the moment, by giving them easy access to answers, education, and ways to engage with the product team.
