This platform was built to help independent insurance agencies easily access and manage marketing campaigns, whether they’re cross-selling, prospecting, or focused on customer retention. Agents can log in to browse, customize, and order a variety of marketing materials, including direct mail and email campaigns.

My role was to understand the goals and workflows of the agents using this tool, what they were trying to accomplish, what information they valued most, and how to organize the experience to make their jobs easier. From navigation to campaign management, every detail was designed to streamline their day-to-day and help them grow their business.
