Support Agent Lookup & Impersonation Flow

This flow was designed to help customer support agents quickly find and assist users within an organization.


Agents can start by searching for an organization using an email address, organization name, or ID. Once they’ve located the organization, they can view its directory, drill into the organization’s details, and see a list of all associated users. From there, agents can select a specific user to view more details and, if needed, impersonate them to troubleshoot or make changes on their behalf.


The goal of this flow was to simplify internal support processes and reduce friction for both the support team and end users. I designed this experience to prioritize clarity, efficiency, and ease of navigation, especially for agents who manage a high volume of requests.
